Boys Basketball Information

Boys Varsity, JV & 9th grade tryouts dates & times:

Boys 11 & 12 grade- Varsity Tryouts Date: October 24th, Time 6-8 AM (no late arrivals!) Location: Main Gym

Boys  10th grade- JV Tryouts: October 24th, Time: 5:30-7PM, Location: Main Gym

Boys  9th grade- 9th Grade Team Tryouts: October 24th, Time: 4:30-5:30PM, Location: Main gym

Cuts will be made after the first day. Coach Sarden and the Coaching staff reserves the right to hold a second day of tryouts and cuts on the 25th of October. Late applicants will not be allow to tryout.

Hello Basketball Players and Parents!

We are officially launching into our 2022-2023 Basketball Year! We will be posting our communications here in order to ensure consistency so please bookmark this page. Below you will find some very important updates and dates to note. As always, we are excited to work with these young men and excited to have a productive basketball year. ***PRIVIT UPDATE VERY IMPORTANT***

All players participating in Fall League and Conditioning must complete all forms in PRIVIT and upload a current physical immediately in order to participate in either event.

FIRST TIME PRIVIT USERS

Please complete all items 100% (including personal details) The Completion Status bar will turn green if you have e-signed and uploaded everything successfully.

There are seven (7) documents that require two signatures:

• Pre-Participation History Form (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature required) 
• GHSA Concussion Form (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature required) 
• GHSA Heat Policy (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature required) 
• Transportation Permission (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature required) 
• Code of Conduct (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature required)
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature)
• GHSA Heat Policy (Parent/Guardian and Athlete e-signature required)
• APS waiver- (Parent/Guardian only)

RETURNING PRIVIT USERS

A returning player does not need to create a new account. They log into their existing account and can upload a new physical if needed. If they forget their password, do NOT make a new account. Just call the helpline and they will reset it. 

You must join your new team in order to appear on the PRIVIT team roster. You go to teams hit the edit button and join the “boys basketball tryout team”

FALL LEAGUE

• Fall League will begin 9/10 - 10/15. It will take place every Saturday for 6 weeks
• The Fall League schedule and team rosters  will be posted on Monday, August 29th.

CONDITIONING

• Conditioning for 11th and 12th Graders will begin on 9/6 after school
• Conditioning for 9th and 10th Graders will begin on 9/8 after school

BASKETBALL TRYOUTS

• Official basketball tryouts will take place on Monday, October 24th. More information to come in regard to times as we get closer to the date
